As a workshop presenter and consultant for public, private and charter schools around the U.S., Dr. Nicki brings a diverse  background and understanding of the diversity of learners in schools today.  She has experience working with a variety of learners including, English Language Learners, special education students and gifted students.  She understands the classroom and district realities of our NCLB environment.  Her workshops provide informative, useful, back-to-the classroom techniques and strategies that help teachers understand how to teach math better so that all children can learn it.  Dr. Nicki is available to do workshops, school visits and on-site and web-based coaching about K-5:
