The Goal of Guided Math

The goal of Guided math is for students to become flexible, confident, proficient mathematicians who have conceptual understanding, procedural fluency and problem solving skills.  Guided Math aims to get students comfortable with numbers so that they can work with them in new and different contexts independently.
