Place Value: Math Center and Guided Math Activities
Place Value is the linchpin of number sense. Students need to understand how our system works. Spend more time on the concrete – use those base ten blocks for five days longer than the book says:}. Also, remember to do the pictorial
and then when you get to the abstract it will all make sense!
