More Great Common Core Resources

Here is another great link to help unpack the CCSS.  Indiana has created these detailed resources (scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page on that site).  They have a variety of resources worth looking through.  They have curriculum mapped out the units of study which are informative because they have the  big ideas, essential questions, the vocabulary, the misconceptions, the practices and the content all mapped.  Even if you are not using the same program, it is a worthy example of mapping out your own units of study because the content and practices are all the same.  Indiana has also put up documents for each grade around the specific content domains with the  Standards, Mathematical Practices, Explanations, and Examples.  Check it out!

Happy Mathing,

Dr. Nicki
